Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our Concierge Service to provide your order number and request a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box, including all protective films, manuals, warranty cards, and any removed bracelet links.
Affix the Shipping Label
Secure the item inside a shipping carton and attach the pre-paid, fully insured FedEx shipping label provided by our team to ensure safe transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
